**Lokal Drip – Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.

### ✅ Returns Accepted If:

- You received the **wrong item**

- The item is **damaged or defective**

- You received a **different size than ordered**

We do **not** accept returns for reasons like dislike of color, design change of mind, or wrong size selection by the customer. Please check the **size chart** before ordering.

### 📦 Return Process:

1. Email us at **support@lokaldrip.com** within **48 hours** of receiving the product.

2. Mention your **order number + issue + photo** of the product.

3. Our team will guide you with pickup or exchange instructions.

### 💸 Refunds:

- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your **original payment method** within **5–7 business days**.

- In case of **COD orders**, refunds will be given via UPI or store credit.

### 🔁 Exchanges:

Want to exchange size or product? Drop us a mail — we’ll check availability and assist you quickly.

### 🛑 Non-Returnable Items:

- Worn, washed, or damaged items

- Products returned without original packaging or tags

We reserve the right to reject a return if it doesn't meet the above conditions.
